Ambassadors

The Camellia Center Ambassadors are trained by professional staff members on the issues of interpersonal violence, victim’s rights, reporting options, and resources available to our campus community with a goal of promoting positive bystander behavior and building safe communities.

What does a Camellia Center Ambassador do?

The Camellia Center Ambassadors give presentations to the campus community on a variety of topics related to interpersonal violence. These presentations may include but are not limited to: classes, student organizational meetings, and residence hall programs. As trusted peers, Camellia Center Ambassadors play a central role in raising awareness of interpersonal violence and educating others on how to support victims and survivors on campus.
